Developed by DHA Capital and Patrinely Group, the building creates an unparalleled experience for residents at all times of the day and night.

As the general contractor on the project, Hudson Meridian Construction Group contracted Let It Grow, Inc. to perform landscape, hardscape and irrigation work over large exterior terraces on the building.

The hardscape work included multiple custom carpentry items where Let It Grow helped design wooded benches, planters and intricate paver layout areas to complete the unique outdoor spaces. The custom woodwork creates an intimate feel and aesthetically beautiful exterior spaces to add to the uniqueness of the building structure.
