The outdoor rooftop terraces and ground level entry's that Let It Grow constructed add to the cutting edge amenities that this residential building offers. The work was successfully fabricated and installed with a high level of submittals, samples and shop drawings. Let It Grow was tasked to construct all the ground level entries and sidewalks, the 4th floor common space and the 8th floor common space. The ground level scope included the concrete footings, walls, stairs and ramps around all 3 sides of the building.

In addition, the curbs, sidewalks and roadways were re-constructed in accordance with the Builders Pavement Plans. The rooftop amenity spaces were handed off to Let It Grow from the waterproofing and included precast concrete curbs, metal planter walls, stainless steel trellises, custom built kitchens, pedestal pavers, lightweight soil and large scale trees with understory planting. The landscape was supported with an automatic design build irrigation system.
