Toll Brothers contracted Let It Grow, Inc. to install the 3 major rooftop terrace garden landscapes at Maxwell Place Block C. On the 4th floor pool area, we installed decorative mason block walls, the lightweight soil media, plantings and an irrigation system. We assisted Toll Brothers in the design and layout of the plantings. On the 7th and 13th floor, we installed over 100 fiberglass planters fabricated by Palmetto Planters. Each planter was filled with a drainage layer and lightweight soil media. Native grasses and sun seeking junipers top off the planters and add a natural feel to each private terrace. All the planters are fully irrigated.
The challenge on this project was coordinating the crane hoisting of the planters and soil media to the various levels while adhering to strict construction deadlines.
This project demonstrates Let It Grow’s versatility in streetscape luxury residential construction.
