In order to accommodate the growing number of student at Rutgers University, three brand new mixed use student apartment buildings were constructed on the Livingston Campus.

The highlight of the project was a brand new plaza intended for student use year round. The plaza consists of three unique spaces: The Plaza, and the Study Bosque and the Great Lawn which are new courtyards.
The scope of work called for natural stone outcroppings, precast walls, eco-pavers, colored concrete sidewalks, bluestone pathways and an entirely new landscape to complement the new construction.
