The Flynn (155 West 18th Street)

Contracted by Bravo Builders LLC, Let It Grow, Inc. was given the opportunity to renovate the exterior streetscape, as well as incorporate intricate landscaping through the building’s terraces and rooftop. The entire streetscape in front of the building was demolished and reinstalled with colored concrete sidewalks. The second-floor terrace was revived with multiple custom designs to bring the space to life.

Installations included a custom IPE wood pergola, custom green screen system with English ivy crawling along it, custom outdoor kitchen spaces, IPE wood decking, white concrete knee walls to define planting beds, IPE wood fencing and privacy screens, decorative cable railings, custom radial edging, irrigation, landscape, and green roof system. The public rooftop and private rooftop areas included additional custom outdoor kitchens, another custom IPE pergola, vine trellis system, synthetic turf lawn area, and custom fiberglass planters.
