Let It Grow was contracted for this project to not only build it, but to provide the design to this existing rooftop courtyard that required a much needed face lift. Let It Grow provided a updated look to the existing outdoor space while utilizing existing layouts in order to stay within the owners budget.

The outdoor terrace and groundlevel work included new concrete pavers, precast curbing, custom Ipe decking with a cantilevered overlook, stainless steel cable railing, custom metal pergola with integrated wood slats, full renovation of the existing pool and glass perimeter fence.
