The 214,000-square-foot complex is bounded by Colden Street to the east, Warren Street to the north and Raymond Boulevard to the southwest. The new Honors Residence Hall includes 360 beds, computer labs, project studios, a library, student lounges, government offices and more. The new Greek homes consist of four new duplex homes for members of fraternities and sororities. The living, dining and chapter spaces are on the first floor, and sleeping quarters on the upper two floors.

Let It Grow, Inc. was contracted by HRCG for the full landscape and irrigation installation that currently surrounds these new buildings. Topsoil, required to meet certified clean criteria, was imported and installed following strict soil remediation standards. Along with a brand new irrigation system, new plant material, landscape bedding and sodded lawn installation completed the final touches on the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s newest addition to its Newark, NJ college campus.
